Body-language expert Judi James told the Daily Mail that Melania often appears more self-assured at events she attends alone. According to James, stepping out without Donald seems to give Melania a “boost,” allowing her to speak to audiences with greater confidence.

James also pointed to Melania’s official portrait as a display of that poise, describing her posture and expression as “CEO-like.” She added that Melania shows no signs of nervousness or of being overshadowed by her husband.

The expert noted that Melania’s communication style changes when Donald isn’t present, becoming more natural, expressive, and infused with humor. Her increased eye contact and spontaneous remarks during solo speeches were cited as examples.
